Please contact me so that we can discuss your specific concerns. I’ll be happy to answer questions about my rate as well as provide information to you about how you can seek reimbursement from your health insurance company for therapy services.


You may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement of psychotherapy expenses through your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan reimburse for working with an out-of-network psychologist?
  • Will my plan cover phone sessions or telehealth (online) sessions?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? (You may have a separate out-of-network and in-network deductible).
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have reimbursed? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

I will gladly provide you a superbill that you can use to obtain any out-of-network benefits for which you are eligible.


I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
